An indoor pool, outdoor pool and hot tub are at Tower 4 (across the street from the beach) and on the ocean side as well. All RCI members will stay in Tower 4, across from beach.

Remember the Following Important Things which apply to all reservations:

RESERVATION PROCESS:

Book with 6 months in advance get 10% off Rental

Book with one Year in advance get 15% off Rental

A Deposit of 50% is required to reserve condo

The balance is due at least 60 days prior to the week rented.

You will receive a confirmation slip from the resort and a guest letter from the owner after making the final payment.

FINE PRINT:

Cancellations received 45 days or more prior to the week rented (communicated by both phone & e-mail) will forfeit the deposit

Cancellations less than 45 days are not refundable

The renter is responsible for any damage they do to the rental property
