Wyndham Avenue Plaza Resort has a prime location on St. Charles Avenue in the Garden District, just minutes from the historic French Quarter. The famous New Orleans streetcar travels past the resort, putting the city's most famous sights within easy access. When you are not sightseeing, a courtyard with a pool, rooftop sundeck, and restaurant are among the resort's other amenities.

Wyndham Avenue Plaza, located in the picturesque Garden District off St. Charles Avenue, keeps you close to all the New Orleans excitement but away from most of the crowds and commotion. You'll stay in a quieter area of the city that's still convenient to the popular French Quarter.

Resort Fun. Everyone tell us they really like this Resort's convenient location and friendly staff. The St. Charles Avenue Streetcar runs right past our front door: just climb aboard to enjoy access to the entire city. When you take a breather from sightseeing, our courtyard pool, with jetted soaking tub attached, is a welcome oasis. A massage or facial at our full-service spa/salon also works wonders. You will find fun activities planes during your stay. Families enjoy events like our Mardi Gras Bingo, Cajun Night and outdoor cookouts. Remember the Following Important Things which apply to all reservations:

RESERVATION PROCESS:

Book with 6 months in advance get 10% off Rental

Book with one Year in advance get 15% off Rental

A Deposit of 50% is required to reserve condo

The balance is due at least 60 days prior to the week rented.

You will receive a confirmation slip from the resort and a guest letter from the owner after making the final payment.

FINE PRINT:

Cancellations received 45 days or more prior to the week rented (communicated by both phone & e-mail) will forfeit the deposit

Cancellations less than 45 days are not refundable

The renter is responsible for any damage they do to the rental property
